At Precision Graphics TX, we are committed to delivering high-quality commercial signage using premium materials and professional installation practices. The following warranty and disclaimer apply to all commercial sign projects unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Installation Warranty PG Graphics TX provides a 30-Day Installation Warranty beginning on the date of installation. This warranty covers defects caused solely by our workmanship, including but not limited to:

• Improper installation
• Loose or improperly secured hardware
• Installation-related defects determined by PG Graphics TX

If an installation-related issue occurs within thirty (30) days of installation, PG Graphics TX will repair the affected area at no charge. After the 30-day installation warranty expires, repairs may be subject to labor and material charges unless covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer Warranty Precision Graphics TX uses high-quality materials and components from trusted manufacturers. Many products—including LED modules, power supplies, sign faces, aluminum composite panels (ACM), vinyl graphics, laminates, and hardware—carry manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in the materials themselves and vary depending on the manufacturer and product. Warranty coverage may include:

• LED lighting
• Power supplies
• Electrical components
• Vinyl materials
• Sign panels
• Laminates
• Hardware

Manufacturer warranties do not cover:

• Improper installation by others
• Vehicle or equipment impact
• Vandalism
• Acts of nature
• Improper maintenance
• Electrical issues outside the sign itself

Customer Responsibilities To help maximize the life of your signage, customers are responsible for:

• Inspecting signage periodically
• Cleaning signage as needed
• Reporting concerns promptly
• Preventing damage from vehicles, lawn equipment, or other contractors
• Maintaining landscaping around monument or post signs

Failure to properly maintain the sign may affect warranty eligibility. Electrical Components (Lighted Signs)For illuminated signs:

• Electrical service must be installed and maintained by a licensed electrician unless specifically included in our proposal.
• PG Graphics TX is not responsible for existing building wiring, breakers, timers, photocells, or electrical service issues.
• Warranty does not cover failures caused by power surges, lightning strikes, utility outages, improper wiring, or electrical fluctuations.

Site Conditions Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Property lines are accurately identified.
• Installation locations have been approved.
• Underground utilities have been properly located when required.
• Any permits or landlord approvals not included in our proposal have been obtained.

Unexpected underground conditions—including rock, buried concrete, irrigation systems, private utility lines, tree roots, or concealed debris—may require additional labor and materials at the customer's expense. Surface & Existing Sign Conditions Graphics, panels, and overlays require structurally sound surfaces.PG Graphics TX cannot warranty installations over:

• Peeling paint
• Rust or corrosion
• Rotten wood
• Water-damaged substrates
• Delaminated panels
• Existing failing graphics
• Damaged sign cabinets
• Structurally unsound surfaces

Any failure caused by the existing substrate is not covered under warranty. Wind & Weather Outdoor signage is exposed to environmental conditions. Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Hurricanes
• Tornadoes
• High winds
• Hail
• Flooding
• Lightning
• Falling trees
• Flying debris
• Fire
• Acts of God

Extreme weather conditions may reduce the lifespan of certain sign materials. Color & Print Variations Due to manufacturing tolerances and digital printing processes:

• Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs or computer screens.
• Replacement graphics or panels produced at a later date may not perfectly match previously installed graphics due to weathering, fading, or material batch variations.

Warranty Exclusions: The following are not covered under any warranty:

• Vehicle impacts
• Lawn equipment damage
• Vandalism
• Theft
• Graffiti
• Pressure washer damage
• Improper cleaning methods
• Chemical exposure
• Customer misuse
• Damage caused by other contractors
• Structural movement of buildings
• Foundation settling
• Water intrusion
• Customer modifications or repairs
• Normal aging or fading
• Scratches or accidental damage after installation

Sign Maintenance: 

Routine maintenance will help maximize the life and appearance of your sign. We recommend:

• Cleaning with mild soap and water
• Avoiding abrasive cleaners and harsh solvents
• Periodically inspecting mounting hardware
• Reporting loose components promptly
• Scheduling repairs before small issues become larger problems

Service Calls Service requests outside the installation warranty may be subject to:

• Service call/trip charge
• Labor charges
• Lift or bucket truck rental
• Crane or specialty equipment rental
• Replacement materials
• Freight or shipping costs

Customers will always be notified of applicable charges before work begins.

Permit & Code Compliance: Unless specifically stated in your written estimate or contract, the following are not included in the quoted price:

• Permit acquisition
• Engineering drawings
• Structural calculations
• Surveys
• Landlord approvals
• HOA approvals
• Municipal inspections
• Electrical permits

If these services are required, they will be quoted separately.PG Graphics TX is not responsible for delays caused by permitting agencies, landlords, municipalities, utility companies, or third-party inspectors. Artwork Approval. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork before production begins. Final approval includes, but is not limited to:

• Spelling
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Website addresses
• Colors
• Dimensions
• Placement
• Quantities
• Layout

Once artwork has been approved, PG Graphics TX is not responsible for errors contained in the approved proof. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional design, production, or material charges. 

Deposits & Custom Orders All commercial signs are custom manufactured specifically for each customer. Deposits become non-refundable once:

• Artwork has been approved,
• Materials have been ordered,
• Production has begun, or
• Custom fabrication has started.

Canceled orders may still be responsible for design time, production costs, ordered materials, and any work completed prior to cancellation. 

Storage Fees:  Customers are responsible for taking delivery of completed signs or scheduling installation promptly. Completed projects not picked up or installed within 30 days of notification may be subject to reasonable storage fees. Projects left beyond 90 days without communication may be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. Electrical Service Disclaimer Unless specifically listed in the proposal, PG Graphics TX is responsible only for the sign and components supplied by us. Existing building wiring, disconnects, breakers, timers, photocells, transformers, electrical circuits, and utility service are excluded from our warranty unless specifically included in the project scope.

Customer Acknowledgement By authorizing PG Graphics TX to manufacture or install commercial signage, the customer acknowledges that:

• They have read and understand this warranty and disclaimer.
• They understand that all signs require routine maintenance.
• They understand that outdoor conditions affect the lifespan of all signage.
• They understand manufacturer warranties are separate from PG Graphics TX's installation warranty.
• They accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
