VEHICLE WRAP WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

Precision  Graphics TX provides a 30-Day Installation Warranty beginning on the date of installation. This warranty covers defects caused solely by our installation, including but not limited to:

• Edge lifting due to installation
• Adhesion issues caused by improper installation
• Installation defects determined by PG Graphics TX

If an installation-related issue occurs within 30 days, PG Graphics TX will repair the affected area at no charge. After the 30-day installation warranty expires, any warranty claims will be evaluated to determine whether the issue is due to:

• Manufacturer material defect
• Vehicle paint failure
• Environmental damage
• Improper maintenance
• Customer abuse or neglect
• Normal wear and tear

Repairs outside our installation warranty may be subject to labor and material charges. 

 Manufacturer Warranty: 

Precision Graphics TX uses premium wrap films including 3M and Avery Dennison. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in the vinyl material itself and are subject to each manufacturer's terms and conditions. Coverage varies depending on:

• Vinyl series used
• Surface orientation (vertical vs. horizontal panels)
• Geographic location
• Environmental exposure
• Proper installation
• Proper maintenance

Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects such as premature cracking, bubbling, adhesive failure, or material defects—not installation issues or vehicle surface problems. Vehicle Surface Requirements A vinyl wrap is only as good as the surface to which it is applied.PG Graphics TX cannot guarantee adhesion or longevity if the vehicle has:

• Chipping or peeling paint
• Failing or oxidized clear coat
• Rust or corrosion
• Body filler
• Unfinished paint
• Fresh paint that has not fully cured
• Previous paint repairs that are not properly bonded

Vehicles with these conditions may still be wrapped at the customer's request, but NO WARRANTY will be provided for adhesion or longevity in those affected areas. Primed Surfaces We can install wraps over properly prepared primer. However, primer is not considered a finished automotive surface. Therefore, PG Graphics TX cannot guarantee adhesion, durability, or removal without damage on primed surfaces No warranty applies to wraps installed over primer. Customer Cleaning Requirements The customer is responsible for delivering the vehicle in a clean condition. Vehicles must be:

• Washed
• Free of mud
• Free of excessive road grime
• Free of heavy grease
• Free of excessive pet hair (interior work)

If additional cleaning is required, PG Graphics TX may charge a minimum cleaning fee of $75.00.Cleaning the vehicle may also delay installation by approximately 24 hours to allow the vehicle to dry properly. Customer Maintenance Proper care greatly extends the life of your wrap. Customers should:

• Wash the vehicle regularly
• Hand wash whenever possible
• Use mild automotive soap
• Avoid abrasive cleaners
• Remove bird droppings, bugs, sap, and road salt promptly
• Park in covered or shaded areas whenever possible
• Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals

Although we understand it is not always possible to keep a vehicle covered or washed regularly, proper maintenance will significantly extend the appearance and lifespan of your wrap. 3M also recommends regular cleaning and covered parking when possible. Warranty Does NOT Cover The following are not covered under any warranty:

• Rock chips
• Road debris
• Accidents
• Collision damage
• Scratches
• Vandalism
• Pressure washer damage
• Improper washing
• Automatic car washes with brushes
• Fuel spills
• Chemical damage
• Tree sap
• Bird droppings left for extended periods
• Rust forming beneath the wrap
• Paint failure
• Clear coat failure
• Existing body damage
• Improper paint repairs
• Paint lifting during wrap removal
• Damage caused by customer modifications or repairs after installation
• Normal fading and aging due to UV exposure
• Damage from extreme weather or acts of nature

Wrap Removal: 

Precision Graphics TX is not responsible for paint lifting or clear coat failure during removal if the paint was previously damaged, repainted, improperly repaired, or not factory bonded. Wrap removal on repainted or compromised surfaces carries an increased risk of paint damage. Manufacturers also exclude paint pull caused by underlying paint issues from warranty coverage. Color & Print Variations Due to manufacturing tolerances and printing processes:

• Colors shown on proofs or digital screens may vary from the finished product.
• Replacement panels installed months or years later may not perfectly match due to weathering and fading.

Customer Acknowledgement:

By authorizing Precision  Graphics TX to perform installation, the customer acknowledges that:

• They have read and understand this warranty.
• They understand the limitations of vinyl wraps.
• They understand that wrap longevity depends on vehicle condition, maintenance, environment, and proper care.
• They accept the terms outlined above.
