 FREE MOCK-UP POLICY: 

We offer one (1) complimentary basic mock-up to help visualize your project.

• This mock-up may be created using AI or basic layout tools
• It is for concept/visual reference only
• It is NOT print-ready
• It may not be to scale, color-accurate, or production quality

DESIGN OWNERSHIP: 

All designs created by Precision Graphics remain the property of PRECISION GRAPHICS until full payment is received.

• Mock-ups and previews are not to be used, shared, or reproduced
• Unauthorized use of our designs is strictly prohibited

DESIGN FEES: 

If you require a custom, print-ready design, a design fee will apply. This includes:

• High-resolution artwork (300 DPI)
• Print-ready files
• Vector redraws or clean line work
• Color accuracy and production setup

Design fees vary depending on complexity and will be discussed before work begins.

FILE RELEASE POLICY: 

Final design files will only be released after:

• Full payment of design fees
• Full payment of project (if Precision Graphics is producing the job)

By requesting a quote or design, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. t Precision Graphics, we are committed to providing high-quality custom designs and professional installations. To ensure fairness and protect our work, the following policy applies to all quotes and design requests: 

• Improper installation
• Loose or improperly secured hardware
• Installation-related defects determined by PG Graphics TX
